West Point’s makeover points to new face of Lincoln brand

West Point and the Lincoln Motor Co. worked together on a 6½-month dealership makeover that resulted in facilities that blend the ambiance of a modern boutique hotel such as a W or Sofitel with the monochromatic sleekness of an Apple store.

The 17,000-square-foot showroom, business center with touch-screen computers, and service waiting area with flat-screen TVs and beverage bar drive home the message that Lincoln and West Point aren’t just selling cars, they’re out to provide a concierge-like experience.
